Ticket Office Hours
The Thompson-Boling Arena Atheltic Ticket Office is open 8:30 am - 6:00 EST Monday - Friday.
Week day basketball game ticket office hours: 8:30 am - half time of the game
Weekend basketball game ticket office hours: 90 minutes before tip off and close at half time
Thompson-Boling Arena will open one hour before tip off for a men's or women's regular season basketball game regardless of the game day.

Getting Your Tickets
Individual game basketball tickets ordered the week of the game will not be mailed. Tickets will be available the next business day. Tickets ordered by noon game day (week day) will be available for pick up after 4 pm EST through half time. Tickets ordered by noon game day for a weekend game will be ready for pick up when the ticket office opens.

Ticket Office Location
The Tennessee Athletic Ticket office is located at 1600 Phillip Fulmer Way in Thompson-Boling Arena (Suite 200). The Ticket Office is at the corner of Phillip Fulmer Way and Lake Loudon Blvd.
