2004: Ran in six meets and scored twice for the Lady Vols as a junior...Notched a 5K career-best in the season-opener, as her 18:00 output was good for third on the team and sixth among the field at the Mel Brodt Invitational...Ran 18:42.08 three weeks later to score fifth and place eighth overall at the 5K Tennessee Invitational...Just missed scoring at the SEC Championships, where she was 28th in 22:14.15 for 6K as UT's sixth finisher...Crossed the line 37th, seventh among the orange clads, with a 22:21.50 report at the NCAA South Regional...Ran sixth on the squad and was 192nd overall with a 22:53.8 output at the NCAA Championships...Matched that team position and came in 127th at the ISU Pre-Nationals meet with a 6K clocking of 22:25.0.
2003: Mindy became an All-SEC performer as a sophomore, finishing third on the team and 11th overall at the 6K conference meet in 22:44.54...Ran at the NCAA South Regional and NCAA Championships but did not score for the Big Orange...Logged in with a then-career-best 22:06.82 for 6K at the regional meet to place seventh on the squad and 38th vs. the field...Was team's sixth finisher at NCAAs and was 200th overall, covering the 6K layout with another PR in 22:03.0...Only other team scoring role came at the Crimson Classic Invitational, where Mindy was the fourth orange-clad to finish and was 11th overall in a season-best 18:41.78 for 5K...Also logged finishes of sixth and seventh, respectively, in 18:58.54 and 22:07.35 at the Tennessee/adidas Invitational and Penn State National Meet.
2002: Mindy ran in the season-opening Tennessee Invitational, but she did not finish as she adhered to a pre-race limit set by Coach J.J. Clark...The following weekend, however, she completed her first college race at the adidas Wolfpack Classic, finishing 12th in 21:08 for 5.3K...After more training, she cranked out a 6K effort of 23:32.07 to wind up 68th at the rain-soaked PSU National Invitational...Found the shorter two-mile distance to her liking at the UTC Invitational...Her 12:05 clocking ranked her 10th overall, and she just missed scoring in Tennessee's team victory as the squad's number-six runner...Her final race of the season came at the SEC Championships, where she was seventh on the team and 48th overall in 23:51.54 on the 6K University of Florida Golf Course.
