2008: Honors - Named a USTFCCCA Indoor All-American and chosen to All-SEC Indoor First Team and SEC Indoor and Outdoor All-Freshman Teams...Indoors - Indoors, Brittany ran the opening leg as UT's DMR won the SEC crown for the second straight season in 11:26.26 and took the NCAA crown in a then-school-record 11:01.97...Placed fourth in the mile at SEC Indoors in a then-career-best 4:47.26...Logged an 800m PR of 2:08.85 at the Penn State National and had a 3000m season best of 9:38.76 to take third at the Kentucky Invitational...Outdoors - Scored at the SEC meet in the 1500m by taking fifth in 4:25.76...Qualified for the NCAA Mideast Regional and finished 12th in 4:38.04...Career best at the time of 4:24.60 came in a runner-up finish at the Vanderbilt Invitational...Was a member of three runner-up efforts at the Penn Relays, including the 4x800m, 4x1500m and distance medley relays...The DMR unit posted a school record of 10:50.51 at that meet.
