2009: Did not run indoors but appeared in four meets outdoors...Logged a 14.51 effort in the 100m hurdles at the Volunteer Track Classic.

2008: Did not run for Tennessee but competed unattached in one meet.

COLORADO STATE: 2006-07: Competed as a freshman at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colo....Posted season bests of 8.95 in the 60m hurdles, 8.89 in the 55m hurdles and 8.02 in the 60 meters indoors and a wind-aided 14.64 for the 100m hurdles outdoors...Also ran a wind-legal 15.07.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Montbello High School and was a teammate of former Lady Vol Celriece Law...Ran track three seasons and played basketball one year...Logged an indoor 55m hurdles season best of 8.21 as a junior before an injury sidelined her...As a sophomore, she placed fifth at the state meet in the 100m hurdles (14.7) and the 300m hurdles (45.0) and ran on the third-place 4x400m relay quartet...During her freshman season, she won a district title in the 400m at 59.1 and helped MHS win state in the 4x400m relay.

PERSONAL: Chardae is majoring in political science...Cousin Quinton Hancock was a wide receiver on the Tennessee football team...Has six siblings, including Tanica, 30; Latoya, 29; Edrien, 28; Rashina, 24; Michael, 20; and Shanice, 17...Has a four-year-old daughter, who is named Sanaai Denice...Chardae Yvette Hancock was born in Denver, Colo., on Nov. 23, 1987...Her parents are Michael and Brenda Hancock.
