HIGH SCHOOL:

Competed three years in track & field and basketball and two in field hockey at River Dell Regional High School...Recorded the fourth-best discus mark in Bergen County history and set a school record with a toss of 136-6 in taking second at the 2008 New Jersey Meet of Champions...Won the 2008 New Jersey State Group 2 Championship in the discus with a fling of 124-1...Also claimed the Bergen County discus crown as a senior...Named to the Star-Ledger's All-Bergen First Team and Group 2 First Team in the discus...Helped the Golden Hawks advance to the state basketball sectionals and win that tournament in 2005-06 and 2006-07...Aided the cause as RDHS captured a Bergen County title in field hockey in 2005-06...Earned All-Northeast Field Hockey League Division II First-Team honors in fall 2007...
