2008: Joined the team as a walk-on and competed during the indoor and outdoor campaigns as a rookie...Indoors, Tyler saw action in three meets...Ran the 400 meters (1:02.63) and competed in the 4x400m relay at the Kentucky Invitational...Got starts in the 800 meters at the Rod McCravy (2:22.92) and Virginia Tech Elite (2:22.17) meets and also saw duty on a distance medley relay unit at V.T....Outdoors, she entered the 800m at the Sea Ray Relays and Vanderbilt Invitational, posting an outdoor best of 2:22.83 at Vandy...Also carried the baton for a 4x800m relay tandem at the Pepsi Florida Relays...Named to the SEC Freshman Academic Honor Roll.
