AT TENNESSEE:
2004-05: Swam the third leg of the 800y freestyle relay at the Southeastern Conference Championships, notching an impressive fifth-place finish...Also scored for Team Orange in the 200y butterfly on the strength of a season-best 2:04.92...That time was the fastest on the year by any Lady Vol swimmer and earned her 15th place...Picked up five top-five showings against Northwestern in a tightly-contested dual meet...Brought home fourth place in the 200y breaststroke, 200y fly and 1650y free, while fashioning fifth-place efforts in the 100y breast and 400y IM against the Wildcats...Mile clocking was ninth fastest by a UT swimmer on the campaign...Helped the Orange and White defeat Arkansas with a third-place finish in the 200y IM with a season-best 2:11.67...Tallied points for Tennessee by virtue of claiming sixth in the 400y IM and seventh in the 200y fly at the Georgia Tech Invite...Also was a member of the 400y relay squad which touched fifth and the 800y freestyle relay that registered 10th place at the prestigious invite...Earned fourth place against LSU and Virginia in the 200y fly which helped the Orange and White knock off the Tigers...Was the top alternate for the 200y breaststroke at the conference championships with a season-best 2:21.72.
2003-04: Finished with 32 top-five finishes on the year, improving on her total of 13 from her freshman season...On only four occasions all year did the Ohio native not earn a spot in the top five...Claimed four individual titles on the year, including two (200y butterfly and 400IM) at the Houston Invite...Clocked a time of 2:09.57 in the 200y butterfly to take home the event title in season-opening victory over Kentucky...In the 100 short-course meters breaststroke at the Orange Bowl Classic, Brockman had a final marker of 1:17.24 and took home the event crown...Earned a trio of top-five finishes in dual-meet against eventual national champion Auburn, including a second-place showing in the 200y IM...Swam the third leg of the winning 400y freestyle relay team in 170-130 victory over Arkansas...Brockman claimed a pair of runner-up finishes in the 207-144 victory against Northwestern...Also had a trio of fourth-place showings in that meet...Named to the Lady Vol Honor Roll for academic performance for the second straight season.
2002-03: Moved up the UT record charts with four second-place finishes at the Indiana Invitational...Became the fifth-fastest Lady Vol in the 400y IM with a 4:21.61, the 12th-fastest in the 200y IM with a 2:04.42 and the 15th-fastest in the 200y butterfly with a 2:04.13 and 200y breaststroke with a 2:21.30...Claimed four event titles in successive meets with her initial win opening the season against Kentucky in the 200y IM...The Batavia, Ohio, native beat out fellow Lady Vol Graciela Breece-Rodriguez by less than a half-second in the swim...Brockman then captured the 400y IM at Louisiana State with a 4:28.01 clocking to complete a trio of top-five finishes in Baton Rouge, La., before taking the 200y breaststroke and 200y IM titles against Miami with a 2:23.76 and 2:07.23, respectively...Overall, the rookie placed in the top five 13 times during her maiden season...Named to the Lady Vol Honor Roll for academic performance.
