Sunday's events kicked off with the varsity four. Fielding two V4+ shells, the Crimson A crew notched the win, completing the course in 8:12.9. Harvard's B boat followed in second, while Gonzaga and Tennessee crossed the line third and fourth, respectively.

The Orange and White bounced back in the 2V8+ race, claiming its third second-place showing of the weekend. As the wind began to build on the Charles, the Lady Vols and Crimson battled it out in the second eights. Harvard just edged UT in the end, claiming a three-second victory as the Lady Vols crossed the line in 7:27.9, topping Gonzaga's shell by nearly 20 seconds.

The final event of the day saw Harvard complete the second day sweep, as the Crimson's 16th-ranked V8+ boat cruised to its first victory of the weekend. The Big Orange shell took second again, completing the course in 7:25.5, seven seconds ahead of Gonzaga's crew.

After spending the last three weeks on the road, the Lady Vols now return home for a three-week break from competition. The Orange and White will remain busy, however, as they prepare for the 2009 Aramark Sprints at Melton Hill Lake in Oak Ridge, Tenn., on May 16 and 17. The event serves as the South and Central Region Championships as teams from both regions will look to build their resumes for selection to the NCAA Championships.
