COACH GLENN ON SHREDER
"Jessica has a real love for rowing. She enjoys working for the team and competing. This year - her last with the program - Jessica can benefit from all of the resources around her to become a better technical rower. She can be a great force in a boat as her skills improve. I expect Jessica to maintain a healthy outlook and a consistent focus throughout the winter to enable her to reach her goals in the spring."
