COACH GLENN ON GUERRERO:

"Giulia has the physical resources to do exciting things with rowing. In the coming semesters, Giulia will be required to make two areas her sole priorities: architecture and rowing. As she clarifies and commits to success in these areas, her ability to make things happen within any crew will skyrocket, on land and on the water. I'm excited about the potential Giulia has and the clear progress the team can make as she takes one day at a time and prioritizes these two main goals in her life."
