KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- University of Tennessee women's basketball coach Pat Summitt was released from the hospital earlier this morning. She is at home and will be resuming normal activities.

On Thurs., June 21, Summitt was admitted to the hospital because of dehydration. She was treated and kept under observation overnight.
