  • Improves UT to 23-2 on the season, 10-0 in the SEC
  • Gives Pat Summitt a career record of 936-179 in her 33rd season at UT
  • Improves the Lady Vols to 41-6 all-time against the Wildcats
  • Gives the Lady Vols 10 or more SEC wins for the 10th consecutive season and 14th overall

Notes...

  • The 1987 National Championship team was honored before tip-off of tonight's game.
  • With her second free throw at the 1:40 mark in the first half, Candace Parker scored her 22nd point of the game, one more than Kentucky had at that point in the game.
  • Tennessee's first half field goal percentage (.576) was its highest since shooting 63.6 percent against Middle Tennessee on Nov. 26, 2006.
  • Kentucky's 62 points tie the most by an SEC opponent this season.
