HIGH SCHOOL: The Wendy's Heisman Award Winner was named a Parade Second Team All-American her senior year... Chosen as a McDonalds All-American Top-100 player, also ranked in the top-100 by the WBCA... Ranked 35th nationally by Street and Smith and by the Blue Star report... Named a Student Sports All-American... A first team All-Georgia selection, she was named the Georgia North/South All-Star game's MVP... Named to the AJC/Naismith tip-off team of the year and of the month... Also named player of the year by that organization... Selected to the region team of the year and as the Chattahoochee High School team MVP... During her junior campaign, collected All-America honors from the Blue Star report, Student Sports and honorable mention from Steet and Smiths... Named All-Georgia second team... The region player of the year and the North Fulton player of the year... Selected to the AJC/Naismith tip-off team of the year and as it's player of the year... Participated in the Nike Tournament of Champions where she made the All-Tournament team, Nike All-American Camp and the adidas top-ten All-American camp... Named her high school's MVP, she led the squad to a regional championship... Sophomore year honors included first team All-Georgia, Blue Star Regional player of the year, North Fulton player of the year and Street and Smith's All-American honorable mention... She was selected to the AJC/Naismith tip-off team of the year and as their player of the month... Moss attended Nike All-American camp, adidas top-ten All-American camp and led her high school to a regional championship and fifth place finish in the state... Named the team's MVP... During her rookie season, Moss was named All-Georgia honorable mention... Named to the region team of the year, the North Fulton team of the year and the AJC/Naismith tip-off team of the year... She garnered AJC tip-off player and team of the month honors, attended adidas top-ten All-American camp and was named the Chattahoochee High School team MVP.
NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL: Played on the Georgia AAU and YBOA state championship squads with the Georgia Magic in 1997, 98 and 2000... Made five trips to Nationals, placing on three occasions (13th, eighth and fifth)... Journeyed to YBOA Nationals with the Georgia Pistols in 2001... Participated in the Boo Williams Tournament... Played on the Georgia Dream Team from 2002-04... Played in the Deep South Classic , the adidas tournament of champions and Teammates Inc.
PERSONAL: A four-time honor roll member at Chattahoochee High School... Lists former Lady Vol Tamika Catchings, currently of the Indiana Fever, as her favorite WNBA player and Dwane Wade of the Miami Heat as her favorite NBA player... Michael Jordan and "Pistol" Pete Maravich are the two people whom she most admires... Dreams are to play in the WNBA and eventually be a collegiate coach... Enjoys spending time with friends and teammates, going to movies, shopping and swimming... Biggest basketball thrill was signing with the Lady Vols... Chose Tennessee over Georgia and Connecticut "because it's been her dream since she was a little girl, and you cannot turn dreams down"... Has one brother, Paul, 22... Lindsey Moss was born Sept. 27, 1986 in Cumming, Ga... Her parents are Beth and the late Gary Moss.
