AS A SENIOR (2004-05): Along with fellow senior Shyra Ely, Loree has appeared on the preseason watch lists for a number of All-America teams and Player of the Year Awards...Enters her final go-round ready to go full-speed and resume her quarterbacking duties with the Lady Vols...Had her junior season cut short due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament in her left knee suffered on Jan. 24, 2004.
AS A JUNIOR (2003-04): After a silver medal summer with Team USA at the Pan American Games, Loree entered her third UT campaign hot as a firecracker...Unfortunately, her junior season ended at the midway point (17 games) after suffering a torn ACL in a game on Jan. 24 versus Duke...In the number one versus number two match-up, Loree stole the ball, was fouled on the lay-up and lost her balance as she landed with 8:42 to play in the second half...She returned to the floor a few minutes later and nailed a huge three-pointer with 4:11 to play giving UT a 60-51 lead en route to a 72-69 upset victory over top-ranked Duke...Diagnostic testing later determined that she had torn her ACL and was lost for the year...Prior to the injury, Loree started and played in all 17 games while averaging 7.9 ppg, 5.5 rpg and 2.8 apg while logging 27.7 minutes per contest...Scored in extra digits seven times and dished three or more assists in eight games...Despite missing half of the season, she still led the team in total steals with 48 (2.8 spg) for the year...Loree concluded her shortened junior season ranked 10th on the All-Time Lady Vol career list for steals with 225, 15th in total assists with 326 and ranked sixth in assists per game with a 3.67 career average...Earned her first career double-double with an 11-point, 10-rebound effort in the overtime victory at DePaul...Her 10 boards were a career high...During a four-game stretch in December 2003, she averaged 8.3 rpg from her point guard position...Claimed a career-high seven steals against Texas in Knoxville...Despite being hobbled by the injury, Loree was a vocal leader from the sidelines for the final 18 games of her junior season.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2002-03):Picked right up where she left off after a tremendous rookie season...Played and started in all 38 games...Logged 1,029 minutes for the season, 27.1 mpg...Averaged 6.4 ppg and 3.4 rpg...Handed out 145 scoring passes...Had three or more assists in 27 games in 2003...Her total assists were fourth best for a Lady Vol sophomore...Led the team in steals with 97 which averaged out to 2.6 thefts per game...Recorded five games in double-figures including a career high 15 points against Puerto Rico-Mayaguez...Was named to the San Juan Shoot Out All-Tournament team...Handed out nine scoring passes for a new career high at Southern Cal in front of families and friends on the Lady Vols West coast swing in December 2002...Also managed another career high in the same game with seven steals against the Women of Troy...A great leaper, Loree went to the glass as she claimed eight rebounds twice in 2003...Was Tennessee's best shooter in NCAA play connecting on 67% of her field goals...Ranked in the top 10 of four SEC statistical categories.
AS A FRESHMAN (2001-02): Loree's impressive quickness and ball-handling skills helped her see considerable playing time as a rookie...Played in all 34 games and earned a dozen starts...Averaged 21.4 minutes per game...Had six games in double-figures scoring...Recorded 20 games with more than four assists...Named to the five-player SEC All-Freshman team...Averaged 5.7 ppg, 2.7 rpg and a team-leading 3.91 assists per contest...Dished out 133 scoring passes to become the all-time freshman assist leader passing Dawn Marsh who handed out 127 in 1984-85...Loree had a career-high eight helpers against Florida...Registered a career-best of 15 points against Chattanooga...Cleared the boards for seven rebounds against South Carolina and snagged five steals in the game against N.C. State for season high marks...Led the team in steals with 80 thefts an average of 2.35 steals per outing...Had her best all-around game of the season against #8 South Carolina tossing in 11 points (4-5 FG), grabbing seven rebounds, dishing six assists and nabbing three steals.

HIGH SCHOOL: As one of Tennessee's three representatives from the
state of California, Loree brings along a sterling list of credentials...In
leading her high school squad to an overall record of 115-7, she started every
single game over her four-year career...High school team at Narbonne won
three California state championships ('98, '00 and '01) and
two USA TODAY national titles (`00 and `01)...Selected as a USA
TODAY All-American in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001, including a first-team nod after
her senior season...2001 Parade magazine and Street & Smith's first-team
All-America choice...Slam magazine choice as a high school All-American in
2001...Rated by the Blue Star Index as the number five overall national prospect
and number four senior in the nation...Chosen as an California All-State
selection all four years of her playing career...Honored as the California
State Player of the Year in 1998, 2000 and 2001...Four-time Marine League
Most Valuable Player...Four-time Los Angeles Section first-team selection
and two-time section Player of the Year...Holds Narbonne career records for
most steals and assists, while averaging 14.3 ppg, 9.8 apg and 7.2 spg over her
illustrious career...#11 high school jersey was retired on April 30, 2001.

NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL: In 2003, Loree spent a busy summer with the USA
team at the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo...She was a starter for the
Red, White and Blue, as the USA went 5-2, and claimed the silver medal at the
tournament...She played and started all seven games averaging 25.6 minutes
per contest...Averaged 6.4 ppg and 3.9 rpg...Registered a team-best 18
steals (26 spg)...Continued her solid shooting connecting on 54% from the
field...Loree was a member of the 2000 U.S. Junior World Championship Team
that won the gold medal in Mar del Playa, Argentina...Played alongside former
Lady Vol Ashley Robinson on the squad headed up by Connecticut Head Coach Geno
Auriemma...Also a member of the 2001 U.S. Junior National Team that won the
bronze medal in the Czech Republic...Played 17-and-under AAU basketball for
the Olympic Girls Developmental League, coached by James Anderson, that placed
third in national tournaments in Louisiana and Indiana.
PERSONAL: Loree is a Sociology major and is studying criminal justice
at the University of Tennessee...During her three years on the Knoxville
campus, Loree has been generous with her time for community service...She
has participated in the American Cancer Society Carnival, the Muscular Dystrophy
Association Dinner and the Dogwood Arts Festival...Was a member of the Honor
Roll during her stay at Narbonne and finished in the top four percent of her
graduating class... Brother Brian Hunter formerly played baseball for the
Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball... Has two brothers: Brian
Hunter, 34; and Curtis Moore, 38...Loree Marlowe Moore was born on March
