HIGH SCHOOL:The Cleveland, Tenn., star received her share of honors during her three-year prep career at Bradley Central High School...Received USA TODAY, Nike and Street & Smith's All-America honors...Selected as a Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Underclassmen All-American as well as being chosen for the Student Sport magazine All-America list...Recipient of the 2001 Tennessee AAA Miss Basketball Award after being named a finalist in 2000...Brittany earned all-state, all-region and all-district honors as a sophomore, junior and senior...Ranked as the number 51 overall and number 46 senior prospect in the nation by the Blue Star index...Posted a staggering 2,470 career points in only three years at Bradley Central H.S., while averaging 23.5 ppg, 8.4 rpg, 2.6 apg and 2.5 spg...Scored a career-high 50 points and pulled down 13 rebounds in a win over Rhea County (Tenn.) during a 1999-00 season which saw Jackson's Bearette squad reach the Tennessee State Tournament Final Four...Named to the state all-tournament team in 2000...Also lettered for three years on the Bradley Central volleyball squad.

NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL:Brittany helped lead her 16-and-under Tennessee Stars' AAU squad to four Tennessee state titles as well as to the national AAU title in a tournament held in Chattanooga, Tenn...Chosen as an AAU All-American for her efforts.
PERSONAL:Brittany is pursuing a degree in broadcasting at the University of Tennessee...She is active in a number of Knoxville community service efforts having participated in Knoxville's Promise, The Race for the Cure, and the April Play Day...Chosen as the "Class Beauty" as well as being honored as a selection to the B.C.H.S. Homecoming Court...Strong student in the classroom as witnessed by her graduation with a 3.6 GPA and her membership in the Honors Group...Mom was an All-America basketball player at Middle Tennessee State University, while her dad was a two-time national champion wrestler during his days at Chattanooga...Greatly admires Michael Jordan...Has a younger sister Lindsay, 18...Brittany Elizabeth Jackson was born on July 28, 1983...Her parents are Turner and Liz Jackson.
