Vicki becomes just the fourth Lady Vol basketball player to hail from the state of California...A dynamic player in the post or on the wing, she tallied 1,870 points, 1,222 rebounds, 273 assists, 208 steals and 300 blocked shots in four varsity seasons...As a senior, Vicki recorded career highs of 31 points and 22 rebounds...As a highly decorated prepster, she earned a bevy of honors while starring at Sacramento H.S (Calif.)...She was selected as a 2007 First Team All-American by USA Today, Parade Magazine, EA Sports and McDonald's...Also tabbed as a 2007 WBCA All-American...As a senior in 2006-07, she started in all 31 games played and averaged 17.6 ppg, 12.2 rpg, 2.9 apg, 2.1 spg and 3.4 bpg to help her squad to a 29-4 record and the Northern California Division III final...Two-time Sacramento Area Player of the Year...Led her team to a 32-4 record and a Northern State Championship, averaging 19.7 ppg, 11.1 rpg, 2.3 apg, 1.4 spg and 2.0 bpg as a junior in 2005-06...As a sophomore in 2004-05, averaged 16.5 ppg, 11.7 rpg and 3.0 apg to help her team finish 23-7 overall...Earned a spot on the varsity squad as a freshman in 2003-04 at Cordova High School (Calif.) and averaged 18.1 ppg and 17.0 rpg...During her career, her accolades included: USA Today's All-Junior Team in 2006, selection as the Metro Player of the Year and All-State First Team in 2006 and 2007, Metro Player of the Year, 2006, recognized as the West Coast Jamboree and Santa Clara Tournament MVP in 2006, tabbed an all-metro first team and All-State Sophomore Team member in 2005, honored as a Cal-Hi Division III All-State selection in 2005, USA Today sophomore All-American...Wore jersey number 22 in high school.

NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL:

Earned gold medals as a member of the 2007 USA U19 World Championship Team and the 2006 FIBA Americas U18 Championship...Vicki started eight of nine games on the U19 World Championship team that went undefeated (9-0)...She averaged 5.8 ppg and 6.6 rpg while connecting on 59 percent of her shots in 16.0 mpg...A year earlier, she helped to lead the 2006 USA U18 National Team that went 4-0 and won the gold medal at the 2006 FIBA Americas U18 Championship...She started three of four games and averaged a USA second-best 11.8 ppg, while collecting 8.0 rpg. and shooting 60.6 percent from the field in 17 mpg...Scored in double digits all four games and notched a pair of double-doubles...Played alongside future Lady Vol teammate Kelley Cain on the U18 team...On the AAU circuit, she played for the Nor-Cal Elite in 2004, 2005 and 2006, where she was honored as the MVP.

Baugh was born on May 21, 1989, in Sacramento, Calif....She has five siblings: Vernon, 24, Violet, 23, Veron, 16, Reggie, 14, and Daisy, 10 and is extremely close to cousins, Ranaya, 14, Jamari, 12, Jalen, 10, and Brooklyn, 8...Her grandparents, Calvin and Barbara Baugh, have been her lifelong guardians, and she credits them as having the biggest influence in her life.
