Tiffany Carpenter is in her sixth year as director of public relations for both the women's and men's athletics departments. Her primary responsibilities include developing and implementing public relations strategies for the department.

The Bristol native previously served as account supervisor for Atkinson Public Relations and as an account executive at the Ingram Group, both in Nashville. She has also assisted with the launch of the Nashville Predators and served as community and media relations advisor for the American Basketball League's Nashville Noise.

A 1996 graduate of Tennessee, Carpenter earned a bachelor's degree in public relations.
