| Important Camp Information |

| Health Information | Upon receipt of deposit, each camper will be sent a confirmation letter, & a medical release, which will include more details about the camp. The medical release and authorization must be completed and signed before campers may participate. Please bring the medical release with you to registration. |

Deposit/ Cancellation | A $100 deposit is due with your application for the individual and team camps. The balance is due by July 1st. There is a $75 administrative fee for ALL cancellations made 14 days before your camp start date. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR CAMP START DATE. |

| Key Deposit | All residential campers are required to provide a $30 key deposit to be collected at Check-in Registration, the deposit will be returned at Check-out, when their key is returned. Key deposits may be cash or a separate check made payable to the University of Tennessee. |
