JENNY MOSHAK ATC/L, C.S.C.S.Assistant Athletics Director for Sports Medicine
|
Jenny Moshak is in her 14th year with the Lady Vols and continues to work
directly with basketball. Moshak oversees all sports medicine, athletic
training, rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. Because of her
vision and direction, UT has the most comprehensive medical consulting group
available for the Lady Vol student-athletes with the implementation of Team
ENHANCE. A graduate of Western Michigan in physical education, she also
holds a master's degree from UT in exercise physiology. Moshak spent one
year on the sports medicine/athletic training staff at Penn State before
returning to UT as head athletic trainer in 1989. The Skokie, Ill., native
has been a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association
since 1986 and has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
since 1997.

CHRIS HOFMANN ATC/LAssociate Athletic Trainer
|
Chris Hofmann is in her 11th year with the Lady Volunteers and works most
closely with the soccer team, as well as assisting in the overall operation
of the athletic training room. Hofmann came to UT after working five years
as the coordinator of athletic training services in a private sports
medicine clinic in Waterford, Mich. Hofmann earned her bachelor's degree
from Wisconsin-La Crosse with a major in physical education and a minor in
coaching and athletic training and earned her M.A. from Western Michigan in
athletic training in 1985. The Glen Ellyn, Ill., native has been a
certified member of the NATA since 1986.

CATHERINE JOHNSON ATC/L, LMTAssistant Athletic Trainer
|
Catherine Johnson is in her fifth year as a full-time member of the athletic
training staff. She continues her responsibilities as the home-based
athletic trainer, overseeing the tennis team and assisting other staff
members with sport coverage and injury rehabilitation. Her other duties
include administrative responsibilities, the Athletic Training Student
Education Program and post-season event coverage. She has been a member of
the staff at Tennessee since 1994, serving as a graduate assistant and
intern assistant. Johnson graduated from Guilford College in 1994 with a
degree in sports medicine, received her master's degree in sports psychology
from UT in 1997, and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 1999. The
Thomasville, N.C., native and her husband, Tyler, reside in Louisville,
Tenn.

REBECCA L. MORGAN M.D.Team Physician
|
Dr. Rebecca "Becky" Morgan is in her fifth year as the team physician for
the Lady Vols. She is board certified in Family Practice and has a
Certificate of Special Qualifications in Sports Medicine. Dr. Morgan
received her medical doctorate from the University of South Alabama and
completed her Family Practice Residency Training at the University of
Alabama School of Medicine in Huntsville. She also served her Sports
Medicine Fellowship at UASOM-Huntsville in 1996. Dr. Morgan completed a
volunteer physician internship at the Olympic Training Center in Chula
Vista, Calif., and is a National Team Physician for USA Swimming. She also
served as the team physician for USA Swimming at the 2001 Goodwill Games in
Brisbane, Australia. Prior to joining the staff at UT, Dr. Morgan spent two
years in private practice in Franklin, Tenn., where she participated in the
care of local high school athletes.

KRISTEN MARTIN Team ENHANCE Coordinator
|
Kristen Martin is in her first year as the coordinator of the Team ENHANCE
program. She has served as a case manager and most recently as a therapist
for the Florence Crittenton Agency for the past nine-and-a-half years.
Martin claimed Social Worker of the Year honors in 1998 for the Knox Area
Branch of the National Association of Social Workers. The Orange, Calif.,
native received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Pepperdine in 1991
and a master's degree in social work from UT in 1997. Martin also
understands intimately the athlete's mind as she lettered all four years on
the Pepperdine swim team and captained the squad during her senior season.

PRISCILLA BOLIN Eating Disorders/Addictions Specialist
|
Priscilla Bolin is the eating disorders/addictions specialist for Team
ENHANCE. Bolin is Alumni Director and Clinical Outreach Specialist for the
Willough in Naples, Fla. She has volunteered her time for nine years in the
establishment and continuation of Team ENHANCE. Her greatest contribution to
the program is her monitoring of the system and its effective operation in
meeting the needs of the women's athletics department. Bolin has over 25
years of experience working in the field of social work and is a Certified
Masters Addiction Therapist and a Certified Social Worker Addictions
Counselor.

KAREN WETHERALL R.D., L.D.N.Sports Nutritionist
|
Karen Wetherall is in her eighth year as a sports nutritionist for the Lady
Vol athletics department. She teaches a sports nutrition course for the
Lady Vols, provides specialized nutrition education through team talks and
works with individual athletes to enhance performance through good
nutrition. Wetherall also works in the Department of Nutrition as the
Dietetic Internship Director and has a private practice working with eating
disorders. Her educational background includes a M.S. in nutrition
education from Boston University and a B.S. in food and nutrition from
Marymount College in Tarrytown, N.Y. She and her husband, Chris, reside in
Oak Ridge.
